For the past 13 years, T.R.U. Sports has provided educational services for thousands of children through Summer Slam’s unique mentoring programming.

This year we are introducing our “Leadership Development Program” aimed at young student athletes in the southern Maine area. Our amazing staff of Maine’s most celebrated professional basketball players and coaches including Nik Caner-Medley- Deering High School, Josh Longstaff- Portland High School, Troy Barnies- Edward Little High School, will host our “Maine Mentors Panel Discussion”. The program involves partnerships event with UNUM, Foley’s Fitness, Cloudport & National Night Out, geared toward providing student athletes educational, elite basketball training and community engagement opportunities to prepare them to become the next leaders of our state.
